Cancellation & Refund Policy

At The Elite Inn Lucknow, we strive to be as flexible as possible for our guests. Please review our cancellation guidelines below.

1. Standard Bookings (Daily)

Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund of any advance paid.

Cancellations made within 24-48 hours of check-in will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows are entirely non-refundable.

2. Hourly & Transit Stays

Hourly stays are non-refundable once booked and checked-in. Changes to arrival times must be communicated at least 2 hours in advance.

3. Refunds Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment (UPI/Bank Transfer) within 3-5 business days.

4. Force Majeure

In cases of emergencies, natural disasters, or government restrictions, we will offer full refunds or free date modifications for all affected guests.
